Proof of Occupation in the resident country is to be provided, for example : 
Self –Employed

•   Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
•   Articles of Memorandum (Incase the applicant is MD/Director)
•   Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)
•   GST Certificate

 Employed

•  Proof of employment like Salary Slip or Appointment Letter and NOC from Employer.

Student

• School ID copy.
• Leave Sanction Letter from school or School diary mentioning school holidays.

Letters addressed to the Embassy, for example : Request letter, Covering Letter or Invitation Letter etc.

If any

COVERING LETTER

Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to the Embassy.

b) Letter of School confirming current school admission and sanctioned leave of absence (original, no copy)
c) Consent Letter from both parents regarding child’s travel (original, no copy)
d) A4 sized copy of Parents’ Passports
 

Proof of Accommodation: Hotel confirmation

Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary

Travel Insurance: Overseas Medical Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros to be submitted in original along with the photocopy

Original Passport ( With Validity of more than 6 months with Minimum 3 Blank Pages)

Please upload colour scan copy of the first and last page of your current passport which contains the photograph and the personal particular details. Passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the last intended date of departure from this country.

1. Original Passport should be valid for six months from the date of departure from Singapore.( Old passport not required )
2. Visa form to be filled and signed by the applicant.
3. Two recent white back ground  photographs size 3.5 x 4.5 cm face coverage 70 to 80 %  on semi matt or matt finish paper. Photograph pasted on visa form should be cross signed.( For ladies hair should be tied , forehead should be clear and both ears should be visible, children face should be straight)
4. Covering letter on company letter head address to Singapore High Commission , New
5. Delhi  mentioning the purpose of visit and applicant passport details.( In purpose just menton Business meetings )
6. Invitation letter from inviting company in Singapore on company letter head with applicant passport details and purpose of visit ( In purpose just mention Business meetings)
7. Copy of for V-39 duly filled and signed by inviting company in Singapore. ( Please note the form can be signed by person whose NRIC no start from S only)
8.  If in Service last two months salary slips
9. If Business proof of Business or copy of company GST.
10. Proof of hotel booking.
11. Last three months bank statement
12. Flight ticket if any
