Vietnam Highlights: Ho Chi Minh - Phu Quoc - Hanoi

HIGHLIGHTS:

The tunnels are a great destination located 70 km from the Ho Chi Minh City Center to the Northwest.  Cu Chi was known as the “area of steel” in the war time, and the tunnel systems were over 200km, which was considered the unbreakable underground village in the Vietnam-American war. It is legendary for its network of tunnels, and is a popular destination for both Vietnamese and foreign visitors. 

ITINERARY: 

Pick up at your hotel and depart to Cu Chi will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving. 

Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served. 
Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun. 
Return to Saigon. End trip.

After breakfast, check out from hotel and our transfer will pick you and drop you at the airport. Upon arrival at Phu Quoc airport our transfer will pick you and drop you at the hotel. Check into the hotel. Enjoy rest day at leisure

8h00 – 8h30: Our car and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel lobby.
8h30 – 9h00: The car moves to An Thoi Port
9h00 – 9h20: Canoe moving from Port – San Ho. You can enjoy taking pictures, hang around or join the famous Walking under the sea program by Namaste.

Next, we will move to Hon May Rut Island: Visitors can enjoy the beach and relax. We will take some amazing pictures for you and make videos by flycam for free.
Canoe will move to Hon Gam Ghi Island: Visitors can enjoy snorkeling here.
Next, by canoeing from Gam Ghi Island to Hon Mong Tay Island, visitors can enjoy swimming here.

We will take pictures with the surfboard and record video by Flycam.
13h00: Have lunch and relax on the beach.
15h15: We will move towards the port.
Drop you back to your hotel.

3. Swimwear to relax at May Rut Trong and snorkeling at Gam Ghi.
4. 1 set of clean clothes to change into when preparing to board the car.
 

Visiting and exploring Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc is the first and only open zoo in Vietnam that was built according to the international safari model. Vinpearl safari animal care and conservation park has 380 hectares of space, 150 animal species, 3,000 individual animals that call the park home, and at least 1,200 botanical species. The park is also divided into two main areas: a wildlife park and an open zoo.

After breakfast Check out from hotel and transfer to Airport. Upon arrival at Hanoi airport our transfer will pick you and drop you at the hotel. Check into the hotel. Later get ready for Half day city tour.

ITINERARY:
13h00: We will pick you up from your hotel for a half day city tour.
14h00: Continue to visit the Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam. The Temple of Literature is a stunning example of traditional Vietnamese architecture and culture. Founded in 1070, it was originally established to honor Confucius and serve as a center for education. The complex is characterized by its beautiful courtyards, well-manicured gardens, and ornate wooden structures. The entrance features a majestic gate leading to five courtyards, each increasingly significant. Notable highlights include the main temple, which houses statues of Confucius and his disciples, and the stone turtles bearing inscriptions that commemorate the scholars who excelled in the imperial examinations. 
15h00: Leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum which was originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the Hanoi Hilton

16h00: Tour finishes. Back to hotel.

08h00: Our Tour guide will pick you up at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter then depart to Halong Bay by Expressway Transfer.
10h30: Have a short break for 20 minutes to relax
12h00 – 12h30: Arrive  Halong International Cruise Port. Welcome to the Cruise. We will take you on a 6 hour journey via 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route which is renowned for its striking passages, uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes while having lunch on boat. (local food)
14h00: You will visit Surprising Cave to see a lot of stalagmites and stalactites with different shapes of sea lives
15h00: Visit Titop Island with sandy beach to the towering limestone mountain with excellent backdrop of the Bay, and climb up Titop Peak for a panoramic view of the bay like paradise.
16h00: Then do kayaking or bamboo boat in Luon Cave to discover the beautiful Lagoon.
17h30: Cruising back to Halong International Cruise Port. There is a lot of time for enjoying a sunset party with tea, cakes, sunbathing on the upper deck with music and enjoying great fun of group touring fellows among world iconic natural scenery.
18h30: We get on the bus back to Hanoi by Expressway, have a short break for 20-30 minutes.
21h00: Arrive at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.
